Hi there! I'm Mei, a passionate DMV-based pianist with a deep love for crafting musical moments that speak to the soul. From a young age, I felt a unique connection to music, quickly realizing its incredible power to move and inspire. With three degrees in music, you know that my path into this field was fueled by passion, not persuasion of my Asian mother haha!

In addition to performing as an event musician, I am a dedicated music therapist working in a hospital setting, where I witness daily how creativity can transform lives. I believe that creativity is a fundamental part of our humanity, and my mission is to awaken the creative spirit within others for healing and self-discovery.

When I'm not performing at gigs or working at the hospital, you'll often find me in coffee shops curating creativity-driven events that unite people through various art forms.
